Elizabeth Decker is a Vice President, Information Technology at DigitalBridge. Prior to DigitalBridge, Ms. Decker was the Director, IT Enabled Services Operations and Director, Corporate Systems at Cross Country Healthcare a national leader in healthcare staffing. In that capacity, she oversaw the company’s offshore business operations and achieved significant cost savings through process improvements. Ms. Decker also led the team that implemented and supported systems for sales, finance, accounting, and payroll including integrating acquired companies into those systems.
Previously, Ms. Decker headed several software development teams at Broward County, Board of County Commissioners. The applications and tools developed for the Purchasing Division, received multiple awards from FAPPO the leading professional association for public procurement.
Ms. Decker received a Bachelor of Computer Science from Utah State University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) as well as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
