President & Chief Executive Officer
Marc C. Ganzi is President and Chief Executive Officer of DigitalBridge. Prior to becoming President and Chief Executive Officer of DigitalBridge, Mr. Ganzi founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Digital Bridge Holdings, a leading global investor and owner of mobile and internet infrastructure that was acquired by DigitalBridge in July 2019 as part of DigitalBridge’s transformation to become the premier platform for digital infrastructure and real estate investment. At the time of the acquisition, Digital Bridge Holdings managed nearly $20 billion of global digital infrastructure assets, including assets managed with DigitalBridge in its initial digital infrastructure fund. In conjunction with the acquisition, Mr. Ganzi became CEO-Elect of DigitalBridge.
Prior to Digital Bridge, Mr. Ganzi founded Global Tower Partners (“GTP”) in 2003, which grew to become one of the largest privately-owned tower companies in the U.S. under his leadership before being acquired by American Tower Corporation in 2013 for $4.8 billion. At GTP, Mr. Ganzi executed a series of strategic acquisitions, build-to-suit agreements with wireless carriers and financings in the credit markets.
Prior to the formation of GTP, Mr. Ganzi worked as a consulting partner for DB Capital Partners from 2000 to 2002 where he oversaw the institution’s investments in the Latin American tower sector. Before joining DB Capital, Mr. Ganzi co-founded and served as President of Apex Site Management, one of the largest third-party managers of wireless and wireline communication sites in the United States. In 2000, Apex merged with SpectraSite Communications to create one of the largest telecommunications site portfolios in the United States at the time.
In 1990, Mr. Ganzi served as an assistant Commercial Attaché in Madrid for the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Foreign Commercial Service Department. He also served as a Presidential Intern in the White House for the George H.W. Bush administration with the Office of Special Activities and Initiatives for the Honorable Stephen M. Studdert in 1989.
Mr. Ganzi received a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of Business in 1993. He was a Board Member of the Wireless Infrastructure Association from 2008 to 2017 and served as Chairman from 2009 to 2011. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, the Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee of the Federal Communications Commission, and he currently serves on the board of the Aspen Valley Ski Club.

Jacky Wu is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of DigitalBridge
Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Wu was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Driven Brands, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRVN), North America’s largest automotive aftermarket platform where he filed the S-1 and led the public company readiness campaign. Prior to Driven Brands, Mr. Wu was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Xura, Inc (formerly Comverse, Inc. (NASDAQ: MESG)). Prior to Xura, Mr. Wu spent five years at American Tower Corporation (NYSE: AMT) where he was Vice President of Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions. Mr. Wu has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, beginning his career at Verizon Communications. There he served in numerous accounting, finance and business development roles of increasing scope and responsibility, most recently as Director and Chief Financial Officer of Verizon Digital Services Inc.
Mr. Wu currently serves on the Board of Directors of Digita Oy.
Mr. Wu graduated Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa and with Departmental Honors with both a MBA as well as a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Tulane University.
Chief Investment Officer of DigitalBridge Investment Management
Ben Jenkins is Chief Investment Officer of DigitalBridge. Mr. Jenkins is also the Co-Founder of Digital Bridge Holdings and the former Chairman of Global Tower Partners.
Prior to forming Digital Bridge Holdings, Mr. Jenkins was a Senior Managing Director and head of the Hong Kong office for The Blackstone Group. During his 12 years at Blackstone, Mr. Jenkins led over a dozen private equity investments (including Global Tower Partners) across a range of industries and geographies, including telecommunications deals in developed and emerging markets.
Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Jenkins was an associate at Saunders, Karp and Megrue (now Apax) and a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Jenkins currently serves on the Board of Directors of Digita Oy, ExteNet Systems, Mexico Telecom Partners and Vertical Bridge
Mr. Jenkins received a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Stanford University and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
Head of Asia
Justin Chang is Managing Director, Head of Asia at DigitalBridge. Mr. Chang is responsible for the identification, evaluation, consummation and management of new investments in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Chang served as Global Head of Private Equity for Colony Capital, Inc. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Colony American Homes from its founding in 2012 to its merger with Starwood Waypoint Residential Trust in January 2016.
Prior to joining the DigitalBridge (f/k/a Colony Capital, Inc.) business in 2010, Mr. Chang was a Partner with TPG Capital, an international private equity investment firm that he joined in 1993. At TPG, Mr. Chang was involved in private equity investments across a broad range of industries including consumer products, financial services, healthcare, real estate, technology, media and telecommunications in multiple geographies in North America and Asia.
Mr. Chang currently serves on the Board of Directors of Agile Data Centers, DataBank, EdgePoint Infrastructure and Vantage YieldCo
Mr. Chang received his Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Economics and Political Science from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School and He currently serves on the Yale President’s Council on International Activities, the Yale Development Council and the Board of Advisors of the Yale Jackson Institute for Global Affairs.
Head of Credit
Dean T. Criares is a Managing Director, Head of Credit at DigitalBridge. Mr. Criares has over 30 years of experience investing in credit products with specialties in leveraged finance, structured products and capital markets.
Prior to DigitalBridge, Mr. Criares was a co-managing partner of Sound Harbor Partners, a private investment manager focused on non-investment grade corporate credit. In 2017, Sound Harbor was acquired by Allianz Global Investors where, until joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Criares continued to advise the funds previously managed by Sound Harbor Partners.
Prior to Sound Harbor, Mr. Criares was a Senior Managing Director and partner of The Blackstone Group where he was the founding member of the firm’s senior debt platform. Mr. Criares joined Blackstone in 2002 and built the firm’s senior debt business to scale with offices in New York and London.
Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Criares spent 17 years at CIBC World Markets with focus on sourcing, underwriting and monitoring non-investment grade credit investments. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Criares served as original member of Trimaran Advisors, a CIBC affiliated asset manager, where he was responsible for growing and managing the unit’s $3.0 billion senior debt portfolio.
Mr. Criares received a Bachelor of Arts from Drew University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Donna L. Hansen
Managing Director, Chief Administrative Officer & Global Head of Tax
Donna Hansen is Managing Director, Chief Administrative Officer and Global Head of Tax at DigitalBridge. Ms. Hansen is responsible for tax management, structuring and oversight of all global operations and investment activities at DigitalBridge.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge in February 2017, Ms. Hansen had a long career in public accounting where she was a tax partner at KPMG LLP, and later at HCVT, LLP where she specialized in structuring partnership and real estate transactions for REITs and global real estate opportunity and distressed credit funds. She held various management and industry positions including participation on HCVT’s Executive Committee, and leading KPMG’s Orange County tax practice and their Western Area real estate tax practice.
Ms. Hansen received a Bachelors Degree in accounting from Arizona State University, where she graduated summa cum laude.

Sonia Kim is Managing Director and Chief Accounting Officer at DigitalBridge. Ms. Kim is responsible for financial reporting and accounting policy matters for DigitalBridge and its managed vehicles.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge in 2008, Ms. Kim was an auditor with Deloitte & Touche LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, serving clients primarily in real estate and financial services industries.
Ms. Kim received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.

DigitalBridge Investment Management
Jon Mauck is a Senior Managing Director, DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Mauck has 25 years of experience investing in, advising and operating communications infrastructure businesses. Mr. Mauck leads the data center investment strategy at DigitalBridge Investment Management and is responsible for the identification, evaluation, consummation, and management of new investments in the data center sector on a global basis.
Previously, Mr. Mauck was a partner in IO Data Centers, a privately held data center company, that developed and operated over 1.5 million square feet of data center space across North America, Europe, and Asia. Mr. Mauck was also a Managing Director and the Global Head of the Technology Infrastructure group at Citigroup’s Investment Bank.
Mr. Mauck currently serves on the Board of Directors of Vantage North America, Vantage Europe, Scala Data Centers and Agile Data Centers.
Mr. Mauck was an attorney focused on mergers and acquisitions and received a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, in Economics from George Mason University and a Juris Doctor, with distinction, from Boston College.

Kay Papantoniou is Managing Director, Global Head of Human Resources at DigitalBridge. Ms. Papantoniou is responsible for managing DigitalBridge’s human resources activities and supporting its employees on a worldwide basis.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge in 2017, Ms. Papantoniou was the Head of Human Resources at DigitalBridge’s predecessor business and supported its employees through a series of corporate transactions including initial public offerings, a corporate spin-off, and selected mergers & acquisitions. During this period, the private New York-based company grew from 15 employees to a global, publicly-traded company of 300+. Previously, Ms. Papantoniou founded a human resources consulting practice supporting businesses in the New York City area. Prior to her consulting practice, Ms. Papantoniou was the Human Resources Manager at DCA Food Industries, Inc.
Ms. Papantoniou received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from St. John’s University.
Ronald M. Sanders

Mr. Sanders is the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of DigitalBridge, for which he is responsible for the management of global legal affairs and generally provides legal and other support to the operations of DigitalBridge.
Prior to joining the DigitalBridge business in 2004, Mr. Sanders was a Partner with the law firm of Clifford Chance US LLP.
Mr. Sanders received his Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Albany, and his Juris Doctor from the New York University School of Law.
Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer
Kevin Smithen is Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer at DigitalBridge, where he has been instrumental in securing equity and co-investment capital and sourcing proprietary, off-market fiber and data center deals since 2018. Mr. Smithen has over 25 years of experience in the global communications services and digital infrastructure sectors and plays a leading role in the firm’s deal sourcing, fundraising and co-investment efforts. Mr. Smithen is also responsible for managing relationships with certain strategic customers worldwide.
Prior to DigitalBridge, Mr. Smithen worked in the equity research division of Macquarie Securities (USA) Inc., most recently as Managing Director, Telecom Services and Infrastructure and as Sector Head for Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT). He has been recognized by StarMine, Bloomberg, and Institutional Investor as a leading analyst and thought leader.
Previously, he worked as a senior analyst and Portfolio Manager for the Lazard Global Opportunities Fund and the Lazard TMT Advantage Fund. He was also the first investment analyst at Coatue Capital, a leading TMT sector hedge fund. Mr. Smithen began his career as an investment banker at Smith Barney, Inc. (Citigroup) in their Media and Telecommunications Group.
Mr. Smithen earned a Bachelor of Arts in History, Middle East, and European Policy, magna cum laude, with Distinction from Duke University.

Steven Sonnenstein is a Senior Managing Director, DigitalBridge Investment Management and is an accomplished telecommunications infrastructure executive with over 25 years of global mergers and acquisitions, asset management and operations experience. Mr. Sonnenstein is responsible for the origination, evaluation, completion, and ongoing asset management of new investments for DigitalBridge Investment Management on a global basis.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Sonnenstein was a Senior Director at Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments), one of Canada’s largest pension investment managers, where he initiated and led telecommunications infrastructure investing within the broader infrastructure group in addition to his other investment management responsibilities.
Before joining PSP Investments, Mr. Sonnenstein worked for Brookfield Asset Management in its Private Equity and Infrastructure Groups with a particular focus on and experience in South America. Prior to that, Mr. Sonnenstein spent several years working in mergers and acquisitions and distressed advisory.
Mr. Sonnenstein shares management oversight of Andean Telecom Partners and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Highline do Brasil, Beanfield Metroconnect, Landmark Dividend, Wildstone and EdgePoint.
Mr. Sonnenstein received a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, and a post graduate degree in Chartered Accountancy.
Chief Operating Officer - DigitalBridge Investment Management
Liam Stewart is Chief Operating Officer of DigitalBridge Investment Management. Prior to DigitalBridge, Mr. Stewart was the Chief Financial Officer of Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation. He has approximately 15 years of experience in acquiring, operating and financing infrastructure assets in the U.S., Australia, and Asia.
Prior to joining Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets in 2014, Mr. Stewart was a Senior Vice President and Management Partner at Global Tower Partners (GTP), where he had responsibility for all capital markets initiatives and led over a dozen domestic and international financings for GTP. He was also responsible for all treasury, capital markets and strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, investor relations and reporting initiatives at GTP. Prior to joining GTP in 2009, Mr. Stewart was employed by the Macquarie Group where he had day to day responsibility for a listed Macquarie affiliate’s North American media and telecommunications investments.
Mr. Stewart has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales. He is also admitted to practice as a solicitor in the state of New South Wales.

Dan Armstrong is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and Chief Executive Officer of Beanfield Technologies (“Beanfield”).
Mr. Armstrong founded Beanfield in 1988 and has overseen the transformation of Beanfield from a small IT services firm into the largest independent provider of bandwidth infrastructure in Canada. Mr. Armstrong continues to manage all facets of the company’s network engineering, design and construction.
CEO Aptum Technologies
Susan Bowen is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and the Chief Executive Officer of Aptum. Ms. Bowen has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry and understands the importance of transformational leadership to stay at the forefront of customer needs and expectations. Ms. Bowen has a reputation as a trusted advisor and leading voice in the technology industry.
Prior to Aptum, Ms. Bowen was Vice President and General Manager of Cogeco Peer 1, EMEA, where she spearheaded strategic direction. Prior to her role at Cogeco Peer 1, Ms. Bowen was Chief of Staff UK & Ireland at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) following her tenure of over 16 years at HP UK Ltd.
Ms. Bowen holds a post-graduate certificate in Education from the University of Greenwich, a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science, Business Information Systems from the University of Portsmouth.
Michael Bucey is an Operating Partner at DigitalBridge, primarily focused on international tower infrastructure. Mr. Bucey has over 21 years of experience developing tower portfolios in emerging economies globally. Mr. Bucey helped pioneer the world’s first international tower markets in Mexico and Brazil where he executed innovative sale-leaseback and build-to-suit transactions. Mr. Bucey went on to expand the tower model by creating portfolios in Indonesia, Myanmar, and The Netherlands.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge, he served as COO and a member of the Board of Directors of Protelindo, the largest independent owner and operator of wireless infrastructure in Indonesia. Previously, Mr. Bucey was Vice President of Development at American Tower do Brasil and developed wireless networks for Nokia in several European countries.
Mr. Bucey received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Miami University of Ohio in 1993.
Murray H. Case
Chairman of Scala Data Centers
Murray H. Case is an Operating Partner at DigitalBridge and Chairman of Scala Data Centers. Mr. Case has focused on Latin American digital infrastructure since 2017. Mr. Case was raised in Brazil and is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Mexico.
In addition to his responsibilities with DigitalBridge, he is currently the lead director of a Brazilian metro fiber operator and a Colombian financial software firm. He is also a director of a Mexican broadband provider. Prior, he was Chief Executive of Grupo redIT, an operator of communications networks, data centers and managed information services in Mexico and the Western U.S., until it was sold to Kio Networks in 2014. Under his leadership, Grupo redIT opened multiple new metro fiber markets, built one of the largest data center complexes in Mexico and was a leading provider of mission-critical IT services.
Prior to co-founding Grupo redIT in the late 1990’s, Mr. Case directed the banking representative office of Salomon Brothers in Mexico City, which he established in 1994. Mr. Case worked in the specialty chemical and cellular communications industries early in his career.
Mr. Case currently serves on the Board of Directors of Scala Data Centers.
Mr. Case received a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
President and CEO of Vantage Data Centers
Sureel Choksi is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and President and CEO of Vantage Data Centers and serves on its Board of Directors. Mr. Choksi has over 20 years of experience as an executive in the Internet infrastructure industry.
Prior to Vantage Data Centers, Mr. Choksi was an Operating Executive at Silver Lake Partners and, prior to that, CEO of Elevation Data Centers, a private equity backed roll-up vehicle. Mr. Choksi previously held several executive roles with Level 3 Communications, including Chief Marketing Officer, President of Wholesale Markets, Executive Vice President of Services, Chief Financial Officer, Group Vice President of Corporate Development and Treasurer. Prior to Level 3, Mr. Choksi worked in venture capital at TeleSoft Partners and investment banking at Gleacher & Company.
Mr. Choksi received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School, with concentrations in Finance, Accounting and Entrepreneurial Management, and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the School of Engineering and Applied Science both from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Coyle is a Senior Advisor at DigitalBridge and President and Interim Chief Executive Officer of ExteNet Systems.
Mr. Coyle has over 15 years of executive management and operations track record at multiple digital infrastructure companies including Wilcon, Zayo Group (a DBRG portfolio company), and American Fiber Systems. Earlier in his career, Mr. Coyle led the growth and development strategies at IDACOMM, a subsidiary of IDACOPR, which also managed Sierra Pacific’s fiber metro network.
Mr. Coyle has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the City University of New York – Queens College. He is a recognized public speaker and participates in various thought leadership events.
CEO of Boingo
Mike Finley is a Senior Advisor at DigitalBridge and CEO and member of the board of directors of Boingo. Mr. Finley has over three decades of experience in senior management roles in the telecommunications industry with Nextel, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, Airtouch Cellular, Cellular One and McCaw Cellular. He is responsible for Boingo’s strategic direction and leading the business into the 5G future.
Prior to Boingo, Mr. Finley served as President of North America and Australia at Qualcomm. He currently serves on the board of the CTIA, the board of the Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment Commission, and the Creighton University Board of Trustees.
Mr. Finley received a B.S. and B.A. in marketing from Creighton University and is a member of the university’s Hall of Fame. He also attended the General Manager Program in Executive Education at Harvard Business School.
Chairman of Vantage Data Centers and DataBank
Michael Foust is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and is the Chairman of Vantage Data Centers and DataBank. Mr. Foust has over 35 years of experience in institutional real estate investments, including development and portfolio management.
Prior to DigitalBridge, Mr. Foust was the Chief Executive Officer and a Director at Digital Realty Trust Inc. (NYSE: DLR) from its IPO in October 2004 to March 2014. Mr. Foust was also a founder of private equity investor GI Partners in Menlo Park, CA, where he served as a Managing Director from February 2001 until DLR’s IPO in 2004. He was responsible for real asset investments at GI Partners, with an emphasis on technology related properties including data centers and telecom facilities.
Prior to the formation of GI Partners, Michael worked at CB Richard Ellis Investors Inc., UBS Asset Management, Karsten Realty Advisors and Trammell Crow Company. Prior to his real estate career, Michael participated in the origination of two related, international telecommunications companies, Consortium Communications International and Progressive Systems Inc.
He received a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Co-Founder and CEO of Vertical Bridge
Alex Gellman is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and the Co-Founder and CEO of Vertical Bridge, the largest private owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructure in the U.S. Mr. Gellman is also one of the Co-founders of Digital Bridge.
Prior to co-founding Vertical Bridge, Mr. Gellman was President and COO of Global Tower Partners, the largest privately held tower company in the U.S. Mr. Gellman was instrumental in the sale of Global Tower Partners to American Tower Corporation in 2013 for over $4.8 billion. Previously, Mr. Gellman has been involved in many successful ventures, including Sonitrol Corporation, a leading provider of verified electronic security in North America where he served as President and COO until its sale to Stanley Works.
Mr. Gellman also co-founded Apex Site Management, the largest third-party manager of wireless and wireline communications sites in the U.S. Apex merged with SpectraSite Communications to create the largest telecommunications site portfolio in the U.S. Following the merger, Mr. Gellman served as President and CEO of SpectraSite-Transco Communications, Ltd., a joint venture between SpectraSite and British Gas to develop tower sites in the U.K.
Mr. Gellman previously served as Vice President - Development and a co-founder of Horizon Cellular Group, a start-up backed by McCaw Cellular to acquire, develop and operate rural cellular franchises in the eastern U.S.
In addition to his role as a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge, Mr. Gellman serves on the Board of Directors of Highline.
Mr. Gellman received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tufts University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Executive Chairman of AtlasEdge
Josh Joshi is an Operating Partner at DigitalBridge and Executive Chairman of AtlasEdge. Mr. Joshi has over 20 years of experience building value in the digital infrastructure sector and has held, senior positions at several multinational companies.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Joshi served for over a decade as CFO of Interxion, a leading provider of carrier- and cloud-neutral data center solutions across EMEA, which was acquired by Digital Realty in 2019. Mr. Joshi also previously served as CFO of TeleCity plc, a pan European carrier-neutral data center business, and co-founded and served as CFO of Storm Telecommunications Limited, a private-equity-backed U.S. and pan European voice, data and network service provider. Earlier in his career, Mr. Joshi spent 8 years in professional practice as an accountant, predominantly with Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Joshi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Imperial College, London and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
CEO of DataBank
Raul Martynek is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and the Chief Executive Officer of DataBank. Mr. Martynek has over 20 years of experience in the telecom services and Digital Infrastructure sector.
Prior to joining DataBank, he served as an Operating Partner for Digital Bridge, assisting the firm in evaluating digital infrastructure investments, including the acquisition of DataBank and Vantage.
Previously Mr. Martynek was the CEO for Net Access, LLC, a New Jersey-based data center and managed services operator, which was acquired in November 2015 by Denver-based data center operator Cologix. Prior to Net Access, he was the CEO of Voxel dot Net, Inc., a global managed hosting, and cloud company, which was acquired by Internap Network Services Corp. in early 2012.
Mr. Martynek also served as the Chief Restructuring Officer of Smart Telecom, a Dublin, Ireland-based fiber carrier which was acquired by Digiweb in 2009, in connection with his role as a Senior Advisor to Plainfield Asset Management, a multi-billion-dollar hedge fund.
Prior to Plainfield, Mr. Martynek spent 13 years with telecom and Internet provider InfoHighway Communications Corp, first as a COO of Eureka Broadband and then as President and CEO of InfoHighway. InfoHighway was acquired by Broadview Networks in 2007.

Executive Chairman of Freshwave
Graham Payne is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and serves as the Executive Chairman of The FreshWave Group (“FreshWave”).
In 2014, Mr. Payne co-founded Opencell, the UK’s first carrier-approved indoor mobile signal service provider and the first to be able to deliver in-building coverage from all four mobile network operators using small cells. In November 2018, DigitalBridge acquired Opencell and merged it with Stratto, a specialist in-building DAS provider. Mr. Payne led the merged business, strattoOpencell, as Chief Executive Officer. He guided the acquisitions of tower company Spyder Facilities Ltd, as well as leading small cell outdoor and radio service provider iWireless Solutions, before transitioning to the role of FreshWave’s Executive Chairman in the beginning of 2020.
Mr. Payne has long been at the heart of the mobile industry, having been involved in the inception of GSM in the 1990’s. He worked as the Planning and Deployment Director for T-Mobile in the UK and Rollout Manager for the T-Mobile International.
In 2007, Mr. Payne took a leading role in negotiating the largest network consolidation agreement in the world at that time. Following this successful negotiation, he was asked to establish and become Managing Director of MBNL, the joint venture between EE and Three. The consolidation was successfully consummated in October 2010 and continues to deliver significant benefits to its shareholders today. After leaving MBNL in 2014, Mr. Payne provided executive consultancy on network sharing and radio network projects, including executive level support to Vodafone on the Beacon project with Telefonica and CTIL, which helped transform delivery and enable large scale 4G rollout for both.
Mr. Payne serves on the Board of Directors of FreshWave and is a valued adviser to numerous global mobile connectivity groups.

Marcos Peigo is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge, and the CEO of Scala Data Centers, a Latin American data center platform. Mr. Peigo has over 20 years of experience as a technology and communications infrastructure executive based in Brazil.
Mr. Peigo has significant executive management experience in Latin America, including, most recently, as Vice President of Value Creation at IBM Latin America, where he was responsible for Industry Solutions and Business Development, Architecture and Innovation teams across the region; CEO of Solvo S/A, an IT infrastructure services company focused on complex solutions; Chief Operating Officer of UOLDIVEO, including the management of their data center and managed services business based in Sao Paulo, Brazil; and a partner and Board member of Automatos International Ltd, a company providing automation and management for IT assets. Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Pistacchio served as President at Cablevision Lightpath Inc., a New York based $375 million telecom company, where he led the company through twelve years of significant growth; growing revenue, earnings, and free cash flow, while achieving industry recognition for innovation and operational excellence.
Prior to that, at Cablevision Systems Corporation, a $17 billion publicly traded media company, Mr. Pistacchio built and ran a large multi-faceted Information Technology organization that supported rapid growth in its Cable Television, Telecom, Media, Sports, Arena, Retail and Theater businesses. Mr. Price has over 20 years of professional experience in developing and managing all aspects of global infrastructure strategy for market leading internet properties and content providers. He is an industry leader with success in cultivating, guiding, and closing complex network co-location, peering and network cost reduction focused negotiations.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Price served as Vice President at EdgeConneX. He leveraged his expertise in the hyperscaler and edge data center industry to help grow the EdgeConneX core business through identifying, developing, and executing on strategies and initiatives to support the ongoing expansion of the cloud.
Prior to EdgeConneX, Mr. Price was a Principal at Amazon, where he managed the New or Core Region International Business Development team and focused on identifying immediate and long-term strategic business expansion opportunities and initiatives for key cloud computing markets/regions for AWS. He managed and closed multiple complex co-location, metropolitan and transit network agreements in foreign and domestic markets as lead development negotiator, responsible for closing $1.6 billion contract value and approaching $3 billion total contract value under his management. Prior to Amazon, Mr. Price was responsible for contract execution and site selection for Yahoo!’s Global exchange points and Network co-location facilities. Giles Proctor is a Senior Advisor for DigitalBridge and the Chief Operating Officer of Vantage APAC. Mr. Proctor, an accomplished international executive with a track record of building and leading highly successful teams across borders and cultures, has spent over two decades developing and operating high-quality data center assets and businesses.
Before joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Proctor led global colocation procurement and data center expansion planning for Amazon Web Services, supporting the growth of Amazon’s cloud computing business around the world and responsible for multi-billion dollar leases. Mr. Proctor had previously led the development of innovative and leading data center assets for subsea cable operator Pacnet in Hong Kong, where he also secured blue-chip tenant leases that ensured a successful sale of the overall business to Telstra. Prior to joining Pacnet, Mr. Proctor spent over ten years in data center design, construction, and operations at Equinix. As head of data center development across Asia Pacific for Equinix, he was responsible for creating some of the most highly connected and sought-after data center locations in the region.

Daniel E. Seiner is a Senior Advisor at DigitalBridge and the Chief Executive Officer of Andean Telecom Partners (“ATP”), and previously held the same role at Torres Unidas, which was acquired by ATP in December 2017. Mr. Seiner has extensive experience in the telecommunications and media sectors. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Hebrew.
Prior to Torres Unidas, Mr. Seiner served as Chief Executive Officer of Torrecom Partners LLC and served as Managing Director at Ladenburg Thalmann & Company. He also served as Managing Director at BroadSpan Capital.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Seiner led the Latin American Telecommunications investment banking practice group at J.P. Jose Sola is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and the Chief Executive Officer of Mexico Telecom Partners.
Prior to Mexico Telecom Partners, Mr. Sola was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development – Latin American for Global Tower Partners (GTP) and successfully led GTP’s expansion into Mexico and Costa Rica, where he was involved in growing and consolidating the operations in those markets.
Mr. Sola began his career in telecommunications in 1994 when he joined Telefonica, the leading provider of telecommunication services in Europe and Latin America. While at Telefonica, Mr. Sola held various management and executive positions in M&A and Corporate Development in Madrid and Miami and he was involved in the international expansion of Telefonica across Latin America. Prior to joining Telefonica, he worked in the international division of ENDESA, one of the largest Spanish utility companies, performing financial due diligence of acquisitions in Portugal.

Fernando Viotti is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and Chief Executive Officer of Highline do Brasil (“Highline”).
Prior to joining Highline, Mr. Viotti was a Director at Patria Investments. Before joining Patria, he worked at Greentech Capital, a private equity firm in Brazil dedicated to investing in renewable energy, environmental services, sustainable agribusiness and forestry. At Greentech, Mr. Viotti was involved with the execution, development and monitoring of investments in several industries. Mr. Viotti also worked as a consultant at McKinsey and Promon.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Chung was most recently a Senior Vice President in the infrastructure principal investments team at Macquarie Capital. He led Macquarie’s balance sheet investments in digital infrastructure in Asia, with a focus on building platforms and developing greenfield datacenters and other digital infrastructure assets. Prior to that role, Mr. Chung worked in Macquarie Capital’s private capital markets team where he focused on principal investments and advisory mandates across the consumer and technology sectors in Asia.
Prior to Macquarie Capital, Mr. Chung was a co-founder and CFO of Litegrid Holdings Ltd, a Hong Kong telecommunications infrastructure developer and prior to that, he covered consumer, industrial and telecom investments for Unitas Capital, an Asian regional private equity fund. Mr. Chung started his career as an investment banking analyst at Citigroup.

Prior to joining the DigitalBridge business in 2015, Mr. Ermilios was a development director with Dolphin Capital, focusing on resorts and hotel investments in South Europe. He previously worked as a Project Manager with Jones Lang LaSalle in France and before that as a construction engineer with AEGEK S.A, a Greek contractor.
Mr. Ermilios received a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD and a Master in Civil Engineering from the Ecole Speciale des Travaux Publics in France.
Matt Evans is a Managing Director and Head of Europe at DigitalBridge. Mr. Evans is based in London and focuses on European Investments and opportunities. Jeff Ginsberg is Managing Director, Chief Administrative Officer - DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Ginsberg has more than 32 years of entrepreneurial and executive experience in the telecom infrastructure and services, real estate, and private equity sectors.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Ginsberg was a Managing Director and Operating Partner of Mistral Equity Partners, a consumer-focused private equity fund.
Before joining Mistral in 2008, Mr. Ginsberg was Executive Chairman of InfoHighway Communications, a telecommunications services provider, and CEO/co-founder of its predecessor entity Eureka Broadband.
Prior to co-founding Eureka, Mr. Ginsberg was co-founder and Executive Chairman of Apex Site Management, which grew from its inception in 1995 to become the largest third-party manager of wireless and wireline sites in the U.S. at the time of its sale to SpectraSite in January 2000. Mr. Ginsberg was also the co-founder of Horizon Cellular Group, which grew from a start-up in 1991 (in partnership with McCaw Cellular) to become one of the largest cellular system operators in the country prior to the sale of the business.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Ms. Golden was a Managing Director in the Investor Solutions Group of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets where she was primarily responsible for raising capital from and managing relationships with institutional investors and consultants. She worked closely with investment teams in North America, Europe, and Asia to ensure successful fundraising campaigns.
Prior to joining Macquarie, Ms. Golden was a Managing Director at Ridgewood Energy where she was the Head of Investor Relations. Ms. Golden also was involved with principal investing and portfolio management. Ms. Golden started her career in investment banking with Lehman Brothers and subsequently worked at Bankers Trust and Bank of America (NationsBanc Montgomery).

Geoffrey Goldschein is a Managing Director, General Counsel - DigitalBridge Investment Management. He has 18 years of experience advising on fund formations, U.S. securities laws, portfolio company acquisitions and divestitures, and other material portfolio company matters.
Prior to DigitalBridge, he spent ten years at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA), where he worked as legal counsel for many listed and unlisted infrastructure funds.
Prior to MIRA, Mr. Goldschein worked in the corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and leveraged buyout groups of several large international law firms, primarily representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a wide variety of domestic and international transactions.

Jonathan Grunzweig serves as the Chief Investment Officer - Other Equity and Debt for DigitalBridge. Prior, Mr. Grunzweig served as the Global Head of Special Situations, charged with helping develop DigitalBridge's global growth strategy across markets, platforms and asset classes.
Until the combination of Colony Capital, LLC and Colony Financial, Inc. into a predecessor of DigitalBridge in 2015, Mr. Grunzweig served as global Chief Investment Officer of Colony Capital, LLC, overseeing the sourcing, structuring, execution and management of all investments and divestments on a global basis.
Prior to joining the DigitalBridge business in 1999, Mr. Grunzweig was a Partner with the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he specialized in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Grunzweig received his Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
Peter Hopper is Managing Director, Investment Management at DigitalBridge. William Hughes, III
DigitalBridge Liquid Strategies
William Hughes, III is Managing Director, DigitalBridge Liquid Strategies. He joined the firm from Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors where he managed funds focused on special situation investments in TMT, real estate and financial services.
Prior to that, Mr. Hughes was a portfolio manager for the Condorcet Opportunity Fund, an event driven hedge fund controlled by Societe Generale. Mr. Hughes has been engaged in value and event driven investing as an analyst and portfolio manager since 1998, and he previously managed similar strategies at Allen & Company and Pequot Capital Management. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the financial institutions group.

William S. Lutkins is a Managing Director at DigitalBridge Credit responsible for credit trading. Mr. Lutkins has 27 years of experience in credit analysis, loan trading and portfolio management.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Lutkins was a Senior Portfolio Manager and loan trader for Allianz Global Investors focusing on both broadly syndicated and middle-market loan portfolios.
Prior to joining Allianz Global Investors, Mr. Lutkins was a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Sound Harbor Partners where he was responsible for the management of the CLO portfolios. Prior to joining Sound Harbor Partners, Mr. Lutkins was a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager for CLO and loan SMA strategies at Aladdin Capital Management working out of both the Stamford, CT and London offices. Prior to joining Aladdin Capital Management, Mr. Lutkins held credit investment positions at Octagon Credit Investors, Credit Suisse and Swiss Bank Corp.

Sadiq Malik is a Managing Director, DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Malik is a seasoned investment professional with in-depth investing experience in private, distressed and public equities across a variety of industries.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Malik was a co-founding partner of Oskie Capital, a public and private equity firm, which invested in companies undergoing positive business transformations and corporate change. During his time there, Mr. Malik led Oskie’s investments in the digital infrastructure space including data centers and satellite operators and was also involved in Oskie’s cable investments.
Before Oskie Capital, Mr. Malik worked on President Obama’s Auto Task Force at the U.S. Department of the Treasury during the financial crisis in 2009.
Prior to working for the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Mr. Malik was an investment professional at Och-Ziff Capital, The Blackstone Group and Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Malik currently serves on the Board of Directors of Aptum Technologies, Agile Data Centers, Beanfield Metroconnect and Landmark Dividend.
Mr. Malik received a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
Chris Moon is a Managing Director at DigitalBridge Credit and is responsible for origination in the Americas and European regions. Mr. Moon has over 20 years of experience in the Communications and Technology sectors with over 15 years of direct experience in sourcing transactions in digital infrastructure.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Moon was a Managing Director and founding member of the TMT Sector Lending Group at ING Bank and had responsibility for origination, structuring and underwriting leveraged transactions in North America and LatAm. Prior to ING, Chris was an Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Management Division and a CPA at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the Communications and Technology practice.

Geneviève Maltais-Boisvert is a Principal at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Ms. Maltais-Boisvert has 15 years of experience in global infrastructure funds management and investment banking across the Americas, Europe, Turkey, and Australia. She has in-depth industry knowledge and expertise in the telecom infrastructure and renewable energy sectors.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Ms. Maltais-Boisvert served as Director of Infrastructure Investments at the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments).
Earlier in her career, Ms. Maltais-Boisvert served as Lead Climate Change and Sustainability Advisor at QGC in Australia, she also worked in London at Greencoat Capital, a private equity fund focused on renewable energy. Ms. Maltais-Boisvert started her career in investment banking and M&A at Scotiabank in Montréal.
Ms. Maltais-Boisvert currently serves on the Board of Directors of Highline do Brasil, Scala Data Centers and Vantage YieldCo.

Rommel A. Marseille
Head of North America Capital Formation
Rommel Marseille is Managing Director, Head of North America Capital Formation at DigitalBridge. Mr. Marseille is a member of the capital formation team, primarily responsible for interfacing with investors in North America.
Prior to joining the DigitalBridge business in 2007, Mr. Marseille founded Carrefour Capital, LLC and worked at Diamond Edge Capital Partners where he raised capital for various private equity, hedge fund and real estate clients. Mr. Marseille started his professional career as a public official in the administration of New York City Mayor David N. Dinkins where he worked on the city's capital program and various economic development projects. He subsequently worked as an investment banker at Artemis Capital Group and Dain Rauscher structuring tax-exempt and taxable municipal debt for public issuers across the country. Mr. Marseille later worked as an advisor at a boutique investment banking firm providing advisory services on leveraged lease transactions to public sector clients.
Mr. Marseille graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the State University of New York (SUNY) at New Paltz. In addition, Mr. Marseille holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from SUNY Albany.
DigitalBridge Investment Management
Scott McBride is a Principal at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. McBride has spent most of his career in the telecommunications infrastructure space. Mr. McBride joined DigitalBridge in 2015 and has been deeply involved in the identification, evaluation, capitalization, consummation, and management of new investments of DigitalBridge with a specific focus on data centers and towers.
Prior to DigitalBridge, Mr. McBride spent five years at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets. At Macquarie, Mr. McBride was actively involved in the asset management and eventual sale of Global Tower Partners.
Mr. McBride received a Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, in Finance and Economics from the University of Notre Dame. He is also a CFA charter holder.
Daniel Mori is Managing Director, Corporate Finance at DigitalBridge. Mr. Mori focuses on financial planning and analysis, corporate M&A, and the issuance of corporate debt and equity securities. Mr. Mori joined Colony in 2011 and has served in numerous finance and business development roles across both the public and private sides of the business. His responsibilities have included financial planning and analysis, merger and acquisition initiatives, capital markets, portfolio management, and investor reporting.
Prior to joining Colony in 2011, he worked for one of the world’s largest banks focused on reporting and analytics of listed security products. Mr. Mori holds a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.

Luis Oliveira is Managing Director, Head of Internal Audit at DigitalBridge, with over 25 years of experience in audit and finance.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge in 2017, Mr. Oliveira was a Senior Director of Internal Audit at Green Dot, a publicly traded fintech bank holding company, responsible for operational, financial and regulatory/compliance audits. Previously, Mr. Oliveira served as Director of Audit for Siemens, where he was responsible for operational audits in North America and abroad. Before Siemens, Mr. Oliveira worked for Amgen as Audit Manager and Senior Finance Manager. Mr. Oliveira also served as Division Controller of Amgen’s Brazilian subsidiary. Earlier in his career, Mr. Oliveira was a Senior Auditor at EY, a Tax Auditor for the Brazilian IRS, and First Lieutenant at the Brazilian Navy.
Mr. Oliveira is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California, holds an MBA from Yale School of Management, a law degree from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), and is a graduate from the Brazilian Naval Academy.
Joshua Parrish is a Managing Director at DigitalBridge Credit. He has 20 years of experience in credit investing and leveraged finance.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Parrish was a Managing Director at Ascribe Capital with responsibility for originating, structuring, managing and exiting distressed and opportunistic investments across a variety of sectors.
Prior to Ascribe, Mr. Parrish was a Managing Director and founding team member of Sound Harbor Partners where he was responsible for originating, structuring, managing and exiting capital solutions investments and was a Portfolio Manager focused on risk management for Sound Harbor’s performing credit funds.
At both Ascribe Capital and Sound Harbor Partners, Mr. Parrish was an active board member for several portfolio companies. Prior to joining Sound Harbor, Mr. Parrish also held positions within high yield capital markets and credit advisory at Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan.

Jon Pollowitz leads business development for DigitalBridge Liquid Strategies. Mr. Pollowitz is primarily focused on raising capital from and managing relationships with institutional investors.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge, he held similar roles at Atlantic Investment (a NY based hedge fund) and within Bank of America’s Capital Strategy group.
Prior to his marketing roles, Mr. Pollowitz was an institutional allocator for a multi-billion dollar fund-of-hedge funds, where he was the Strategy Head for Long/Short Equity.
Mr. Pollowitz graduated from The University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in English.

Warren Roll is a Managing Director, DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Roll has more than 23 years of experience in global private equity, mergers and acquisitions, asset management and operations across a broad range of industry sectors. Mr. Roll helps lead the fiber and small cell strategy at DigitalBridge and is responsible for the identification, evaluation, consummation, and management of new investments with a specific focus on fiber, indoor and outdoor small cell networks, tower infrastructure and related assets and business.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge in 2014, Mr. Roll was a Senior Director at Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) where he led TMT and healthcare sector initiatives in the private equity group. Mr. Roll helped build the private equity direct investing program including being actively involved in the management of Telesat, one of the largest global satellite operators. Mr. Roll also played a leading role in PSP’s first, and one of the largest ever, public-to-private transactions. Prior to PSP Investments, Mr. Roll worked at BMO Financial Group and Desjardins Securities in mergers and acquisitions, as a member of the team advising companies in North America on transactions across various industries with a focus on telecommunications, media and technology.
Mr. Roll has a leading role in the Zayo Group investment and serves on the Board of Directors of Digita Oy.

Neale W. Redington

Neale Redington is Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer – Non-Digital at DigitalBridge. Mr. Redington is responsible for financial accounting and reporting for firm-sponsored investments and related affiliates and subsidiaries of DigitalBridge.
Prior to joining the DigitalBridge business in 2008, Mr. Redington was an audit partner in the real estate and hospitality practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP. During his twenty years with Deloitte, Mr. Redington worked in both London and Los Angeles. In addition, Mr. Redington previously served as Chief Accounting Officer of DigitalBridge until January 2021 and as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Colony Credit Real Estate, Inc. (NYSE: CLNC) from November 2018 to January 2021.
Mr. Redington, a Certified Public Accountant (license inactive) and a Chartered Accountant in England & Wales, received a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting degree with Honors from the University of Birmingham in England.

Leon Schwartzman is Managing Director, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer DigitalBridge. Mr. Schwartzman is responsible for risk management and overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Prior to joining the DigitalBridge business in 2002, Mr. Schwartzman was an associate with the Real Estate Investment Banking Group of Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown.

Mark D. Serwinowski
Chief Information Officer
Mark D. Serwinowski is Managing Director, Chief Information Officer at DigitalBridge.
Prior to DigitalBridge, Mr. Serwinowski was the Vice President, Information Technology, at Global Tower Partners. Global Tower Partners was acquired by American Tower Corporation in October 2013 for $4.8 billion.
Previously, he was the Chief Technology Officer at Blue Frog Solutions, the leading provider of software for secure data transfer, messaging and transaction processing between insurance carriers/underwriters and distributors/agents. Prior to Blue Frog Solutions, Mr. Serwinowski was the Chief Information Officer for Woolbright Development, Inc., one of the largest acquirers and owners of retail real estate in Florida.
Mr. Serwinowski previously headed the Information Systems department at Extended Stay America and served in numerous senior positions at United Technology's Pratt & Whitney subsidiary, where he was recognized for outstanding contribution to the latest generation military fighter engine program.
Mr. Serwinowski received a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University and earned a Master degree in Engineering Management from the University of South Florida. He also completed post-graduate education at the University of Florida and executive education at the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.

David Stifter is Managing Director, Finance & Accounting at DigitalBridge. Mr. Stifter is responsible for data architecture and process improvement for the firm as well as overseeing the accounting and finance transition projects for major acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Stifter has held a number of roles at DigitalBridge since joining the firm in 2006 including Chief Compliance Officer of the Colony Realty Partners platform prior to assuming his current role.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge in 2006, Mr. Stifter was a senior project manager leading an internal consulting group for Investor Bank & Trust, a custody fund accounting firm later acquired by State Street.
Mr. Stifter received a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and later his MBA graduating with high honors from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
Sylvio S. Tabet

Sylvio Tabet is Managing Director, Head of Capital Formation - Middle East at DigitalBridge. Mr. Tabet is responsible for interfacing with the firm's current and prospective investors in the Middle East on all aspects of capital formation across its various platforms.
Prior to joining the DigitalBridge business in 2011, Mr. Tabet worked as an independent consultant for clients investing or operating in the entertainment and media industry. Mr. Tabet was also involved in the film industry as a producer, director and screenwriter.
Mr. Tabet received a Master’s in Fine Arts in Film Directing from the American Film Institute in Los Angeles.

Latifa Tefridj-Gaillard is Managing Director, Head of Capital Formation - Europe at DigitalBridge and is primarily responsible for Investor Relations and Capital Formation in Europe and credit strategy globally.
Ms. Tefridj-Gaillard joins DigitalBridge after more than 16 years at Goldman Sachs in Global Markets & Investment Banking where she successfully led a number of European public and private transactions across asset classes with a focus on capital raising, structured financings, and hedging strategies. From 2004 to 2021, Ms. Tefridj-Gaillard held various positions at Goldman Sachs, including Managing Director, Head of U.K. Institutions Solution Sales from 2010 to 2021 and Executive Director, Cross-Asset Strategies for Pension & Insurance, Global Markets from 2008 to 2010. During her career at Goldman Sachs, Ms. Tefridj-Gaillard assisted and managed the formation of over $40 billion in funds across the capital structure, including over $5 billion for private debt strategies.
Ms. Tefridj-Gaillard earned Bachelors and Master’s degrees in Banking, Finance and Insurance from Paris IX Dauphine University and Master in Finance and Actuarial Science from ESSEC Business School in Paris. Ms. Tefridj-Gaillard is fluent in English, Arabic and French and she is passionate about ESG initiatives including climate change and diversity. Ms. Tefridj-Gaillard is a trustee to the board of The Diversity Project Charity and Chair of the Funding Committee.
Brett C. Tonks

Brett Tonks is Managing Director, Capital Markets and DigitalBridge Credit. Mr. Tonks is responsible for overseeing all investment- and project-level debt financing programs, in addition to providing portfolio management, planning and other strategic financial guidance across the DigitalBridge platform, focusing on enhancing efficacy, consistency, and results of DigitalBridge's financing executions.
Prior to joining the DigitalBridge business in 2008, Mr. Tonks was a large loan originator for the National Accounts group at TIAA-CREF in Charlotte, NC, sourcing, underwriting, and closing large transactions including whole loans, subordinate and mezzanine debt, as well as other structured debt offerings. Prior to TIAA-CREF, Mr. Tonks worked in acquisitions, dispositions, and financing for Harbor Group International, a real estate investment firm in Norfolk, Virginia. Mr. Tonks previously worked in mortgage banking at Fantini & Gorga in Boston.
Mr. Tonks received a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science from the College of William & Mary.

Severin White is Managing Director, Head of Public Investor Relations at DigitalBridge. Mr. White is responsible for managing DigitalBridge’s public investor engagement, communicating DigitalBridge’s strategy to investors, analysts and the broader investment community. He also serves as an advisor and resource to DigitalBridge’s senior management team on strategic business initiatives.
Prior to DigitalBridge, Mr. White was the founder and managing member of Niagara Share LLC, a financial advisory practice serving family office investors. Previously, Mr. White served for 10 years as a key member of the investment team at funds managed by New Vernon Capital and subsequently Columbia Pacific Advisors, managing capital focused principally on long/short equity investments in US-listed technology and consumer companies.
Previously, Mr. White held various senior operational and finance roles including as the Senior Vice President, Business Development at Smithsonian Business Ventures. Mr. White began his career at Bastion Capital, a Los Angeles‐based middle market private equity buyout fund.
Mr. White received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management.

Tom Yanagi is Managing Director, Head of Debt Capital Markets DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Yanagi is an experienced investment professional with over 20 years of principal investing and asset management experience. Mr. Yanagi leads the Capital Markets activities for DigitalBridge and has raised over $20 billion of financings supporting DigitalBridge’s acquisition activities and portfolio company capital needs.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Yanagi was the Head of the Communications Infrastructure Team in New York for Macquarie Infrastructure Partners (“MIP”). During his 13 years with MIP, Mr. Yanagi led a number of investments in sectors including telecommunications, energy and transportation. Most notably, he was responsible for MIP’s investment in Global Tower Partners (GTP) and was involved with the oversight and management of that investment through to the sale to American Tower in October of 2013. In addition to leading transactions, Mr. Yanagi maintained an asset management role and served on the Board of Directors for a number of MIP portfolio companies, including GTP. Prior to MIP, Mr. Yanagi worked in private equity at Nomura Securities and Madison Investment Partners.

Mr. Yohannan brings 25 years of sourcing, structuring, investing, and fundraising experience at premier financial services firms to DigitalBridge. He has completed over 60 transactions throughout his career, raising and investing over $3 billion of capital across different industries, geographies, and asset classes.
He joined DigitalBridge from Deacon Arch Partners, a family office merchant bank that he founded and capitalized. Prior to Deacon Arch, he was a Managing Director at ShareNett, a family office investment platform founded by Jim Pallotta (Raptor Group), where he led the origination and investment efforts and was a Member of the Investment and Management Committees.
Mr. Yohannan spent over fifteen years in investment management with a focus on Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT), including TMT Sector Head on the founding investment team at Charter Bridge Capital, a sector-focused long/short equity fund that he helped grow from $25 million to over $300 million in AUM in less than two years, and as Portfolio Manager at both Balyasny Asset Management and Visium Asset Management. Prior to business school, he was a Senior Associate in the Private Equity Group at Robertson Stephens. He began his career in the Structured Products Group at Bankers Trust Securities.

Ms. Whealon is Chief Compliance Officer of DigitalBridge Investment Management, a position she has held since November 2017. She also serves as Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Compliance Officer for DigitalBridge, a position she has held since April 2014.
Ms. Whealon’s responsibilities include regulatory and compliance oversight for the registered investment adviser, maintaining written supervisory procedures, maintaining the firm’s books and records, handling regulatory examinations and investigations and reviewing and approving advertising and sales literature. Ms. Whealon also served as Chief Compliance Officer of NorthStar Securities, LLC, a former broker dealer affiliate of DigitalBridge from December 2011 to October 2018. Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Ms. Whealon was an Assistant Compliance Officer at Geneos Wealth Management, Inc. from August 2002 to November 2011 where she provided compliance support to more than 250 registered representatives. Ms. Whealon began her career at American Express Financial Advisors, Inc.
