ExteNet Systems Buys Telecommunication Properties, Ganzi Calls It ‘Milestone’

CHICAGO, IL and DALLAS, TX – May 12, 2016 – Inside Towers – Chicago-based ExteNet Systems, Inc., an independent provider of distributed networks (DNS) enabling advanced cellular and wireless connectivity, acquired Dallas-based enterprise communications infrastructure solution provider Telecommunication Properties, Inc. (TPI) for an undisclosed amount, the company said Wednesday. TPI’s management team will be integrated into ExteNet’s Indoor DNS business unit while TPI’s President and co-founder Jimmy Chiles, along with others on TPI’s management team, will be investors in ExteNet.

ExteNet will undertake maintenance operations responsibilities for all existing TPI networks. TPI’s portfolio currently includes Madison Square Garden, the LA Forum, AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), the KFC YUM Arena and the Kentucky Exposition Center, among others.
