Terry Pitts has over 30 years of executive management, business and technology experience in the health care and technology industries. He is actively involved in helping drive the Company’s strategic business development initiatives. This includes various aspects of strategic sales, partner, and investor activities. Mr. Pitts has extensive entrepreneurial experience, having founded several successful companies in the health care market. Mr. Pitts has served as President and CEO of two HCIT companies, has been a Senior Managing Partner with one of the major accounting/consulting firms responsible for all HCIT activity on a national basis, and currently serves on the boards of several health care related technology companies. He has been a CIO with a major healthcare provider and was a Senior Vice President of one of the largest HCIT organizations in the country. Terry also has experience in the Department of Defense Military Health System and the Canadian and United Kingdom health care IT markets. Mr. Pitts received his Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the State University of New York.
