As Controller, Jared has responsibility for accounting and finance for the company. He has over 12 years of financial leadership in rapidly growing, early stage companies. Jared’s experience includes operations and financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, financial statement generation, risk management, venture capital involvement, inter- company accounting, cash and credit management, corporate audit management, human resources management, and daily accounting operations.
Prior to joining the Company, he served as VP of Finance for FreeLinc, a provider of wireless accessories to the Public Safety market. Jared’s prior background includes Director of Finance for Park City Solutions, a provider of advanced information technology solutions for the healthcare industry. Also, he held Controller and Senior accountant positions at Park City Solutions, and at Utah Realty|Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Corporation.
Jared holds a MBA from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Idaho State University. He is currently working toward his CPA.
