David Clark has 30 years of experience in the justice environment and has worked for the past 15 years directly in the government and integrated justice markets. At DigitalBridge, he runs the Company’s Digital Justice Intelligence and Security (DJIS) division. Mr. Clark is the former Chief of Administration of the State’s Attorneys’ Office in Kane County, Illinois ,where he was involved in systems integration, office automation, forms design, and information integration implementation, in addition to preparing and supervising multi-million dollar budgets. David is the former Chairman of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Legal Technology. His experience also includes being appointed to the National Association of Counties’ (NACo) National Committee for Justice and Public Safety, and serving as the representative from the State’s Attorney Appellate Prosecutor to the Governing Board, Strategic Planning, Technical, Privacy, Finance, and Outreach Committees. Mr. Clark was also chosen to be one of the authors of the final Illinois IJIS Strategic Plan. He also served as designee to the Governing Board of the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority (ICJIA) and served on the Information Systems committee and was a technology consultant in the design and construction of the Ogle County, Illinois, Judicial Center. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Clark was the Senior Partner in Clark and Partners, a consulting firm advising state, county, and local government agencies and private clients in matters relating to automation and process evaluation in the justice system. Mr. Clark earned his Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University.
